Do you have an interest in music?
A monthly blog will invite readers to learn something fresh concerning the story – breadth and depth of the world of music.
The aim is to be fun, stimulating and informative.
Why not try a couple of the posts to learn about the key people, the composers and performers from Beethoven to Adele. Some strange fruit will be served from Kashmir to Tipperary.
Curious? Then join in on a new journey of discovery…
Can I simply just say what a comfort to find a person that truly understands
what they’re talking about on the net. You definitely know how to bring a problem to light
and make it important. More people should check this out and understand
this side off your story. It’s surprising you are not
more popular given that you definitely possess the gift.
Thanks for your encouragement Dorine.
I regard my musical education as NIL. But I do remember “singing classes” at school, when we boys sang “Oh westward ho for Trinidad and eastward ho for Spain” and “Orpheus with his lute” and “Where ‘er you walk”.
I’m actually grateful thatI absorbed these songs into my memory and my being. So thank you Ian for prompting the memory!
Cliff, Thanks for your comment and glad that the blog released some musical memories for you.
