Music is a fluid medium, ever seeking new voices, sounds and melodies.
Michal Jesionowski is an artist opening doors to the new. Polish, by birth, he lives in Edinburgh. Michal has played live music with groups and solo in pubs and churches, and at the famous Edinburgh International Festival. He even held a candlelit concert at Rosslyn Chapel.
He has not yet broken into the big time. Still he invites us to listen to his playing and compositions. His work is always thoughtful and melodic and I love this particular piece.
We worked together, for a while, in the attractive church depicted in this film.
